Yes, we have access to all ‘To The Trade’ fabric suppliers.

Do you offer re-upholstery services?
We often redesign clients pieces and incorporate them into a design plan. However, we do not offer stand-alone reupholstering or upholstery repair services.

What types of product lines do you carry?
We work with many quality-driven manufacturer’s, most offering American made products and all with a variety of pricing levels.

How do I plan my budget?
We have compiled a variety of custom ‘interior design’ and ‘window treatment’ scenarios to assist with your budgeting needs and are able to discuss in more detail when we chat.

How do you work?
First, we’ll chat to discuss the scope of your project and then schedule an in-home design consultation. The initial consultation serves as a discovery session to review your space, needs and ultimate potential.

How much does it cost?
Our full-service design is a flat fee per project. Since every project is customized to each of our clients needs, the fee will be determined once the scope of work is defined.

How long does it take?
The concept design phase takes four to eight weeks and the detailed design takes six to eight weeks. The project management and installation phase runs six to twelve weeks and can vary depending on availability of goods.

What are your payment terms?
Full-service design projects require 100% down-payment on all orders. Once a custom order is placed, it is non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Our vendors won’t release an item for shipment until the order is paid in full.

How much does it cost?
Our full-service design fee is built into the overall price of your window treatments.

I have fabric already. Can you use it to make custom window treatments? Our business model is based on full-service design. We are not a sewing workroom accepting customers own materials. All materials are specified for the appropriate design and ordered from our preferred vendors. We then have the ability to reserve dye lots and guarantee yardage requirements for appropriate fullness and pattern placement.

How much would a two-story window treatment cost?
There are many variables involved in designing windows… especially two-story designs. The average starting price is $4,000.

How do I care for my draperies?
Do not wash or dry clean custom draperies. Areas that are raised such as a pleat or trim will collect dust over time and should be removed. We recommend vacuuming on a regular basis to avoid dust build up. Set the vacuum on the lowest setting to avoid damage to fabric or trim.

How do you work?
First, we’ll chat to discuss the scope of your project. Second, we’ll schedule a design consultation to review plans, define style and common thread that will run throughout.

How much does it cost?
Once the scope of services has been defined, a flat fee will be determined for each selection needed. Travel time to and from showrooms will be included in the fee. If the scope changes during the process additional fees will be billed on an hourly basis.

What do you get?
After each meeting a detailed summary of final selections including placement and finish.
